Health, Wellness & Resource Center, II Inc. offers an array of exciting innovative and creative programs and activities designed for adolescents and youth ages 10-20, families, women and individuals/groups working in corporate business. We also are experts in health education & health promotion programs created to teach health awareness, life skills and train participants to become future health care professionals. The O.M.A.R.E. Girls Program is an empowerment program that caters to youth girls in grades 5-12. Participants are provided with a fun safe space to discuss difficult topics that adversely affect girls in their daily lives and engage in lively fun activities to help build positive relationships.

Our participant target group are girls who are excited about enriching their lives through life skills education, empowerment sessions, mentorship, positive relationship building, healthy lifestyles workshops, community service, leadership and much much more...

Age appropriate session topics are focused on a variety of themes including: healthy lifestyles, health & wellness, empowerment, making good decisions, self-esteem, bullying, accountability, money management, confidence building, physical fitness, social activities and special groups. In addition, this program currently offers: exciting workshops, small groups, monthly activities, field trips, one-on-one coaching/mentoring, virtual activities and much much more....

***Periodic sessions will only be offered at various times to girls in target specific age groups and grade levels. All other sessions are open to all. Stay tuned for the dates of our upcoming sessions.....
