Center, II Inc. and has been instrumental in tailoring plans that are created to children's unique needs in maximizing growth in communication, development, leadership and independence.

Towles is an accomplished and highly-respected digital business transformation leader, business & digital strategist, strategic planner & change agent whose expertise encompasses digital modernization. Towles has been a dedicated board member of The O.M.A.R.E. Center, II Inc. since 2016 and is committed to the organizations mission.

C. Hampton is one of the most decorated track and field coaches with an extraordinary career spanning over 20+ years. He is a dedicated, proactive professional and an award-winning athlete. Over the years, Hampton has continually demonstrated outstanding skills in providing clarity, direction and positive mentorship to adolescents and youth to achieve optimal success in developing their athletic gifts and personal goals. Hampton is regarded as one of the best coaches in this decade due in part to the long list of successful college bound and professional athletes he has trained.
